Returns and Refunds Policy for VABRO DISTRIBUTORS

Effective Date: 1 JUNE 2025

At VABRO DISTRIBUTORS, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • The item is unwanted and returned within 7–14 calendar days of delivery
  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described on arrival
  • The incorrect item was delivered

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following (unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied):

  • Perishable goods or consumables
  • Intimate items (e.g., undergarments)
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@vabro.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange collection if applicable.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover return courier costs.
  • If the item is unwanted or a change of mind, return shipping will be at your cost.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange for a different item, we’ll gladly assist — subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be billed or refunded accordingly.


7. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008, and does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your rights under the CPA have been violated, please contact us so we can resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
