We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most outlying areas within South Africa via The Courier Guy. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Centers: 1–3 business days
- Outlying/Rural Areas: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as load shedding, weather, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Please double-check your delivery details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist.
